SUMMARY:Two-Day Workshop under the Project “The Dynamics of Agricultural Innovation in India”
DESCRIPTION:\n \nOn July 18 and 19, 2025, the Foundation for Agrarian Studies (FAS), Bengaluru, organised a two-day workshop for the projects “The Dynamics of Agricultural Innovation in North India” and “The Dynamics of Agricultural Innovation in South India” ( https://fas.org.in/research/research-projects/the-dynamics-of-agricultural-innovation-in-india/ ) at the TERI Southern Regional Centre, Bengaluru. These projects are being jointly undertaken by FAS and Monash University, Australia.\nThe workshop was attended by project leads, team members, and subject experts.\nThe participant list is as follows:\n\nAjil Mankunnummal (Research Officer, FAS)\nAnupama Pradeep (Intern, FAS)\nArindam Das (Joint Director, FAS)\nDaya Susan Thomas (Research Assistant, FAS)\nEmilia Tjernström (Senior Lecturer, Macquarie University) (online)\nGaurav Datt (Associate Professor, Monash University)\nHarshan T.P. (Associate Research Fellow) (online)\nKristy Saika (Research Officer, FAS)\nMadhura Swaminathan (Professor and Head, Economic Analysis Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore, and Trustee, FAS)\nRebecca Rose Varghese (Coordinator – Communication and Events, FAS)\nSai Chandan Kotu (Senior Research Assistant, FAS)\nSandipan Baksi (Director, FAS)\nTapas Modak (Joint Director, FAS)\nV.
