The Foundation for Agrarian Studies (FAS) undertook a project funded by the World Health Organization (WHO), in consultation with T. Sundararaman, Independent Consultant and Adjunct Faculty at the JIPMER International School of Public Health. The study aimed to review the health systems in Sri Lanka and to participate in the WHO South East Asia Region PHC Forum to develop policy recommendations for delivering sustainable and universal health care through Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in these regions.

This was a three-month project, implemented from September 18, 2025, to December 25, 2025.
