PARI Training Sessions
The Foundation is organising a series of in-house presentations by members of the team working on the Project on Agrarian Relations in India (PARI) as part of a training programme on cleaning and processing of the important data matrices used by PARI. The training sessions will continue over the next two months.
The sessions would primarily include a discussion on the method of cleaning and categorising variables in a data matrix. The common problems encountered encountered in the process of cleaning and processing of PARI data matrices would also be part of the discussion.
The first in the series would be a training on how to clean the ‘Household Introduction’ matrix, which will be held on Wednesday 23 October, 2019. Ritam Dutta, senior Data Analyst, PARI will be conducting the first session.
