DESCRIPTION:On July 30, 2025, Arindam Das, Joint Director at the Foundation, presented his study titled “Minimum Wage Compliance in Rural India: The Role of Employment Guarantee Schemes” in an in-house seminar organised by the Foundation. The study has been conducted in collaboration with Bheemeshwar Reddy, Associate Professor, Department of Economics and Finance, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Hyderabad. Arindam has recently presented this paper at the International Labour Organisation (ILO) in Geneva.
