On September 22, 2022, Rakesh Mahato, Senior Data Analyst at the Foundation, presented his work on the gender dimension of migration. For this, he analysed data from two villages in North Bihar, Katkuian and Nayanagar, that were collected as part of the Foundation’s Project on Agrarian Relations in India (PARI).
In his presentation, Rakesh shed light on the impact of migration on women in rural India.
